Guest Pass Request

All paid CWSHRM members may now request guest passes to bring non-members to a monthly member meeting (Spring Conference excluded) during the 2024 calendar year. Each non-member is allowed to attend one (1) member meeting as a guest for free as part of the new Guest Pass Program.

Eligibility Requirements: 
- Guest passes may be requested from paid CWSHRM members.
- Requests for passes must be made at least 1 calendar week prior to the meeting they will be attending. 
- Guests are allowed one (1) pass per individual. Additional meetings will require a guest fee, or they may join CWSHRM. 
- Guest passes may be used for regular member meetings only. Spring Conference and other non-regular meetings are excluded from Guest Pass Program.

Once Guest Pass Request is submitted and received; the guest will receive a pass via email that they will have to turn in at the registration desk upon arrival (passes may be printed or shown via mobile device).
