With Gratitude: Honoring Our Outgoing Board Leaders at CWSHRM

Strong chapters don’t just happen—they’re built by dedicated leaders who give their time, energy, and expertise to something bigger than themselves. Today, we pause to recognize and thank two individuals whose contributions have helped shape and strengthen Central Wisconsin SHRM as they transition off the board.

Serving in a volunteer leadership role is no small commitment. It requires consistency, care, and a genuine passion for supporting others—and that’s exactly what these roles have brought to our chapter.

Our Treasurer has played a vital role in ensuring the financial strength and stability of our organization. Through thoughtful oversight and attention to detail, they’ve helped build a solid foundation that allows our chapter to continue delivering valuable programming and resources to our members.

Our Membership Director (Current Members) has been at the heart of the member experience—fostering connection, encouraging engagement, and helping ensure every member feels welcomed and valued. Their efforts have helped strengthen relationships across our HR community.

Because of their leadership and dedication, our chapter is stronger, more connected, and well-positioned for the future. Their contributions have helped:

    • Enhance the overall member experience
    • Strengthen the structure and operations of our chapter
    • Support the growth and development of our HR community
    • Create an environment where professionals can connect, learn, and thrive

This kind of impact extends far beyond a single term—it leaves a lasting mark.

As they step off the board, we want to express our sincere appreciation.

Your time, leadership, and commitment have made a meaningful difference to Central Wisconsin SHRM and to every member who has benefited from your work. We are grateful for the energy and care you’ve invested in this chapter.

While their board service may be coming to a close, their impact will continue to be felt—and they will always be an important part of our SHRM community.

Please join us in thanking them for their service and wishing them continued success in all that’s ahead.
