Chelsie has been elected by the Board of Directors to serve as our Membership Director (Current Members), filling this important leadership role within the chapter. In this position, she will co-lead networking events, oversee the administration of job postings and the chapter forum, maintain the online membership database, respond to member inquiries, and help ensure the chapter continues to meet SHRM affiliation standards and requirements.

Chelsie began her HR career in June 2022 and has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning. She earned her SHRM-CP certification in December 2025 and remains actively involved in chapter events and volunteer initiatives. Chelsie is employed at Bone and Joint as an HR Coordinator. She is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to an organization that has played such an important role in her development.

Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Chelsie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her sisters, nieces, and nephews. She is also kept busy by her energetic 4-year-old black Labrador, Dozer, who brings plenty of fun and entertainment to her life. In her free time, Chelsie can often be found at Burn Boot Camp or working alongside her better half on a variety of hands-on projects, including making maple syrup, splitting firewood, roofing, concrete work, and home improvement projects.
