    In today’s rapidly evolving workplace, artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer a futuristic concept—it's a present-day tool transforming how HR professionals and small business owners manage people, processes, and productivity. This session will demystify AI, clarify what it can (and can’t) do, and explore practical ways HR and business leaders can use it to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and improve employee and customer experience. 

    We’ll explore tools you may already be using that are powered by AI, real-world use cases specific to HR, and how small businesses can implement AI affordably without technical expertise. This is an empowering, jargon-free session that will leave attendees with clarity, excitement, and next steps to begin leveraging AI in meaningful ways. 

    Learning Objectives:
    1.                  Understand What AI Really Is (and Isn’t) 
    Gain a foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation, including the difference between hype and practical application in HR and business settings.
    2.                  Discover HR-Specific AI Use Cases 
    Learn how AI is being used in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits management, compliance tracking, and performance reviews.
    3.                  Explore Tools That Are Already AI-Enhanced 
    Identify common platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, payroll/HRIS systems, applicant tracking software, chatbots) that already utilize AI—sometimes without users realizing it.
