Speaker Biography:

Christa Williams is dedicated to “engaging and igniting the potential” in people. With 30 years of executive leadership experience in corporate, non-profit, and educational settings. Mentored, guided, and inspired by the foremost leaders in today's servant leadership movement, Christa is the operational leader, strategist, instructional designer, and learning facilitator for Sophia Partners. Christa is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach with additional training and certifications in servant leadership, compassionate listening, group facilitation, and leadership coaching.
