    Program Description:
In this inspiring session, Aaron Sadoff—educator, veteran, and President of Marian University—shares insights from his book MindCraft: The Art of Positive Thinking Right Now! to show how mindset can transform how we lead, communicate, and engage at work. Through personal stories and practical tools, Aaron explores how choosing gratitude, presence, and possibility over negativity can strengthen culture, trust, and performance.
